The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Major General Mohsen Razai, said that the Western responses to Tehran's demands are not convincing, and stressed that the US and its allies must explicitly meet the conditions set for Iran, Tasnim News reports. The statement came during a two-hour meeting in the Kremlin where Razai delivered a message from Iran's supreme leader to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
