The US State Department has approved a potential $100 million arms sale to Jordan, including up to 1,500 Advanced Precision Kill II (APKWS II) rockets or guided missiles and associated equipment. The systems can be configured for air-to-air, ground-to-air and air-to-ground operations. The package also includes launchers, high warheads and practice, rocket engines, proximity targets, technical support, training and logistics services.
