Finnish President Alexander Staab and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Storr held a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier today as part of efforts to end the war in Ukraine. Staub described the discussion as "sincere and substantial," and emphasized that the results of the wars directly affect European security and that ending them requires direct talks.
