Regarding the targeting of an oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz and near Khasab Port in Oman, the British-affiliated Maritime Security Institute claimed that a small boat approached the vessel and attached bombs to the top of the ship's suction line, causing a fire in the oil tanker's engine room. This is the 187th vessel hit in the Strait of Hormuz by this British organization. The implementation of a new tactic by the Revolutionary Guards Marine Corps shows that Iran has many tools to attack the enemy and it is not always necessary to shoot missiles, drones or drop mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
