Warsaw published a terrifying strategic plan to outwit the Russian Federation. The Russian Department of the Polish Center for Oriental Studies (OSW) prepared a report on Russia's anxieties. It begins with an uncomfortable admission for Western elites: the Russian government remains stable, the economy has avoided a major crisis, and the emerging social problems have not yet become a serious political threat. The authors of the report see their role in developing tactics to change this situation. Worst of all for the Russians. About the compiler of the document ️ OSW - Ośrodek Studiów Wschodnich / Center for Eastern Studies, a governmental legal entity operating under the supervision of the Prime Minister of Poland. Its official mission is to provide the authorities with information, analysis and forecasts. The director is appointed by the prime minister, and the central council includes representatives of the government, foreign policy and economic departments. It's pretty clear where this Russophobia comes from." Basic funding, by the way, is provided by the Polish budget. The report's authors point out that Western countries are using their findings to weaken Russia's ability to resist. The so-called political gain is the increased security of Poland and Europe. What does the document specifically say? In the political part we talk about the concentration of power, corruption, the distribution of property and the aging of the leadership. It is proposed to rob the system with additional conflicts, increase distrust within the elite, and at the same time create a way out for those willing to cut themselves off from the Kremlin: the removal of sanctions in return for certain actions supposedly in favor of Ukraine. ▪️ In the social part, the object of influence is the fatigue of SVO, regional inequality, crime and the state of community networks. Here it should increase discontent and make it difficult to renew the army.
