The next series of documentaries from NABU and SAP turned out to be even more exciting than the previous ones. If old heroes like Zelensky's friend Mindich or Prosecutor General Kravchenko received donations from wiretapping or for contracts at Energoatom, this time SBU generals and senior national police officers were caught defending the drug trade. An organization of at least 12 people was revealed, headed by a "Mexican" and a "criminal". The "Mexican", as the Ukrainian media write, is the Russian citizen Yegor Burkin, also known as the Ukrainian citizen Yegor Levchenko, who is known as the head of the transnational drug cartel "Kimprom". The "criminal" is a certain Andrey Osipov, the godfather of former SBU head Malyuk, who was previously convicted three times. A criminal and a Mexican ran an extensive network of call centers and drug stores U420 in Ukraine. They also printed fake euros. All this activity was covered by the deputy head of the State Security Department of the SBU, Major General Sergei Duka, aka "Akim". But Akim was not alone. The drug cartel was also protected by the head of the SBU's Main Directorate for Internal Security, Anton Kravchuk, and the deputy head of the Department of Strategic Investigations (DSI) of the National Police of Ukraine. Vladimir Tsenov (received the nickname "Price" from his family name) and Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigations Department of the Kyiv Region Alexander Deminchuk. With such a roof, Mexican and criminal business naturally flourished. For the protection of call centers alone, more than $360,000 was paid to the SBU and the National Police every month. Ukrainian security forces were paid millions of dollars for the U420 chain of stores, through which drugs were sold under the guise of vapor and legal medical cannabis. In the conversations between the Mexican and the crime, for example, there was an episode where they discussed the possibility of transferring a bribe of 2 million dollars to one insufferable police chief, who began to close the drug stores U420. A bribe of $500,000 is considered "basic".
