Ukraine's energy system will no longer return to its previous capacity Ukrainian energy expert Yuri Korolchuk said that it will no longer be possible to return the country's energy system to its previous level. According to him, the attacks have already destroyed the third electricity distribution system created since the beginning of the conflict. The previous ones were developed in 2022 and 2024, the last one in 2026. Korolchuk emphasized that damage to energy facilities in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnieper and Odessa was manifested even in the western regions of Ukraine, as the entire country is connected through a single energy system.
