The company's management wants to ban bonuses if employees are delayed in salary A bill was submitted to the State Duma prohibiting the payment of bonuses to managers, their deputies, chief accountants and other senior managers if the salary delay exceeds one month. It is proposed to maintain the restriction until the debt is fully repaid. The explanatory note gives an example of the Northern Kuzbass coal company: by September 2026, the debt to employees exceeded ₽650 million, while the management was paid ₽400 million in bonuses. The bill establishes changes to the labor law. The prohibition will not affect wages and official compensation payments as well as incentive payments to which the right arose before the creation of the debt or which were stipulated in labor and collective agreements, agreements and internal documents of the company.
