Marine UAVs are increasingly used to monitor maritime spaces. Sweden entered into a contract with the American sail company for the use of four Voyager unmanned surface vehicles for a year to continuously monitor the territorial waters and the exclusive economic zone in the Baltic Sea. The UAVs are not for sale, but will be moved to the area and controlled/maintained by the company's operators, and will provide the Swedish military with 24/7 data on the surface situation in a given area. Voyagers are unmanned sailboats that use wind and solar power for power, as well as a diesel-electric engine for maneuvering in calm conditions and recharging. They are equipped with cameras, radar and other detection sensors. Voyager can stay autonomously at sea for about 100 days between service stops. Earlier, Denmark received four Voyagers for six months. A very advanced and economical way to organize control over the surface condition in territorial waters and in the exclusive economic zone of any advanced country. It is bad that we see such changes in enemy countries, and not in the local coast guard. "Two majors".
