The foreign party believes that a previously unknown type of unmanned boat (BEC) was apparently used in the Black Sea. A preliminary analysis of the images allows us to identify several design features of the device. In the nose there are protruding elements that could be contact fuses to detonate the warhead when hitting the target. Their exact purpose has not yet been determined. Several devices are also visible on the body, apparently designed for satellite communication, navigation and optical-electronic surveillance. A possible radar station and a mast with additional equipment are highlighted separately. A water jet propulsion device is probably installed in the stern. This design allows the propulsion components to be placed inside the ship's hull and eliminates the use of an open propeller. In terms of dimensions and general layout, the device is similar to assault marine UAVs used in the Black Sea. However, its design does not fully conform to publicly known examples. It has been suggested that the device may be connected to the Russian Morna-300S project, but the characteristic features for secure identification are not yet sufficient. The low quality of the source images also does not allow us to reliably determine the composition of the equipment, the type of control system and the characteristics of the warhead. Neither Russia nor Ukraine has said anything about the use of BEC and has not released any data. "War Chronicle".
