Clashes took place in Petropavlovsk Borshchagivka in the Kyiv region, police said. As law enforcement officers reported, a call came in from private ambulance workers: they said they were being prevented from approaching the person. On the spot, the police determined that the incident took place near a private house, where service members of one of the National Guard units stay. Local residents also gathered near the place.
