The Argentinian Bank Galicia has started blocking accounts of citizens of Russia and Belarus living in the country. Dozens of customers complain about this, including those who have already received Argentine citizenship. The lockdowns began on October 28-29 without warning. According to one of the customers, only small amounts are allowed to be withdrawn at the bank's branches, and they unofficially explain the restrictions on Russian passports. Several hundred Russians and Belarusians are preparing a collective lawsuit against the bank. Galicia itself has not publicly explained the reasons for such actions. Radio Liberty.
