Damages from Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy, economy, communications and critical infrastructure total nearly $8 billion, Prime Minister Seri Koretsky said. According to him, due to the Russian strikes, Ukraine does not receive taxes either. These issues are planned to come up at the recovery conference in Tallinn in January. Earlier, the Minister of Economy predicted that the losses from Russian attacks could reach 10 billion dollars a year. Ukraine's total reconstruction needs are estimated at $588 billion.
