The European Commission sees no signs of Russia's willingness to end the war against Ukraine, EU spokesman Christian Wiegand said in response to a question from Radio Liberty. The European Commission also called on European leaders to maintain a common position during the talks with Putin. Earlier, the President of Finland, Alexander Staab, suggested that the Europeans could join the talks between Ukraine, the US and the Russian Federation in Abu Dhabi.
