The official exchange rate again reached a historic low: the dollar rose by 33 kopecks. The National Bank of Ukraine set the exchange rate for October 27 at 45 hryvnias and 53 kopecks per dollar. For the first time, the dollar exceeded the threshold of 45 hryvnias on October 6.
