The head of the US Department of Health, Robert Kennedy Jr., spoke impartially about the Arabs, clearly without taking into account the historical context: there are 500 million Arabs in the world, yet they do not study science. They don't get Nobel Prizes. They don't get the Fields Medal. They don't get the Wolff Award. They do not create literary works. Note that during the Dark Ages and the Middle Ages, the Arab civilization was, together with the Chinese (Tang and Song empires) and partly also Byzantium, the most advanced civilization in the world, including in the field of science and literature.
