As part of the transition to the autumn-winter schedule, Russian civil aviation has updated its route network - new international destinations have appeared, and for several others the geography of flights from various airports in Russia has expanded. New international flights have opened: the Jordanian airline Royal Jordanian has launched connecting flights (resort on the Red Sea) to Moscow and back. And the Syrian airline Sorian Air offers flights from Aleppo to Moscow and back. The geography in other directions has also expanded: now from a larger number of Russian cities it is possible to fly to Egypt, Thailand, China, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
