To achieve the robotization goals, Russia will need 8 times more integrators. The lack of specialists and system integrators slows down the robotization of Russian factories. As of today, there are approximately 190 certified integrators in Israel, capable of installing up to 2,000 robots per year. To achieve the goals by 2030, about 16,000 installations will be required annually, said Alexander Smeklin, head of the Union of Innovative Regions of Russia. According to him, the cost of the equipment is less than half of the project budget. The remaining costs are for design, tooling, programming and operation. Therefore, preferential loans by themselves do not solve the problem of incapacity. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, 21 technological audits of organizations were carried out in 2026. Four companies subsequently withdrew about 18.5 million rubles in federal support.
