The Bank of Russia is considering the possibility of disassembling anonymized market data obtained from reporting by supervised organizations. To do this, market participants are invited to discuss what information is of interest, as well as in what format and through which channels it is more convenient to receive it. "The market remains an information asymmetry: some exchange data is only available in an aggregate form or on a paid basis, and information on overdraft transactions is not transparent," the central bank said. The publication of relevant data will ensure equal access of market participants to the information, as well as to use the data to create analytical products. At the same time, confidentiality requirements will be expected, the regulator noted. For example, related transactions may receive special labels.
