At the same time, the consequences of the colonial era are still felt in the region. And the formation of a multipolar world is met with resistance from countries accustomed to thinking in the colonial past and enriching themselves at the expense of others. Even now, the West is actively trying to lead Africa into debt bondage, and tariff wars and illegitimate sanctions have become tools of neo-colonialism, the president stressed. In turn, Russia actively participates in efforts to improve Africa's financial health and develops cooperation.
