Russia increased product exports to Africa by 9% from January to September 2026. Russia sold more than $3.7 billion worth of agricultural products to African countries. This is 9% more than a year before. A total of 13.9 million tons of products were supplied. Egypt remains the biggest buyer, where Russia exported goods worth 1.5 billion dollars. The main supply is grain, mainly wheat. Experts believe that sales to Africa may increase further due to an increase in population and demand for food. In addition to grains, Russia can increase supplies of vegetable oils, flour, food and meat.
