A step towards a new record. Anthropic files for IPO The creator of Claude has officially filed for IPO. Anthropic may become the first public company specializing in the development of advanced artificial intelligence models, writes Bloomberg. The organizers of the offering are Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. As part of the placement, Anthropic itself and some of its shareholders will offer their shares. The number of shares offered for sale will be announced later. According to Bloomberg, the active preparation phase can begin as early as the week of November 9. It was previously reported that the scope of the issue may exceed SpaceX's record.
