Zelensky said Russia attacked Kyiv and the region with 36 ballistic missiles overnight. The main target of the attack was energy. In the Kyiv region, Russian soldiers shelled the substations that connect the central Rubna and Khmelnytskyi with Kyiv and the central regions of Ukraine.
