He is a suspect in the Carthage case, referred to as "Price" in the NABU video. He was ordered to be detained for 60 days on bail of 15 million hryvnias. According to the investigation, he was responsible for the coverage of fraud centers by the national police. The prosecution requested arrest with an alternative bail of 20 million hryvnias. The lawyer asked for house arrest and bail of more than 998 thousand hryvnias. Tsenov supported his lawyer's position and asked for a milder preventive measure.
