In most parts of Ukraine, particularly in Kyiv, emergency power outages have been lifted after yesterday's Russian attacks and hourly timetables have been restored. Currently, emergency power outages are in effect only in Kharkiv Oblast, Oknergo reported. At the same time, starting this morning, consumers in the regions of Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Kirovord, Kharkiv and Kherson were disconnected. Several areas have hourly downtime schedules of up to four shifts. Okranergo added that the situation in the energy system remains difficult, especially in Kyiv and the region. Energy workers continue to restore damaged equipment.
