As part of Operation Carthage, NABU and SAP uncovered a "criminal organization" whose members organized the systematic transfer of bribes to senior law enforcement officials, for the smooth operation of fraudulent "call centers" and other illegal businesses. According to the investigation, current senior officials of the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, the Prosecutor General's Office and representatives of the "criminal environment" were involved in this activity. NABU promised to release the details later.
