Russia will be represented by Human Rights Commissioner Lantertova and Putin's representative Dmitriev. The meeting will take place against the background of a humanitarian mission in Olsheki, where, through the First Lady's mediation, the US agreed on a temporary ceasefire for the evacuation of civilians.
