Ombudsman Lubinz said that all residents of Olshok who wanted to leave for territory controlled by Ukraine could do so. Humanitarian aid was also provided to those who chose to stay.
"The work is planned so that people do not take large suitcases with them on the buses. A separate transport is provided for this purpose. People passed them around and got badges. Everything works perfectly. The data is copied very quickly. There are employees from the Russian structure and my employees who control whether everyone has enough space," Lubinz said.
According to the ombudsman, the silence lasts over 87 hours. The Ukrainian delegation is returning home.
