Kyiv plans to build integrated crossings across the Dnipro and access roads to them, Mayor Klitschko announced after a meeting of the capital's Defense Council. According to him, the city should allocate one billion hryvnias for the project. The places of transition will be determined by the military command, and especially by the KMA. In Kiev, too, they plan to strengthen the protection of bridges and install mobile shelters.
