From an idea to a school classroom, new opportunities for future teachers, exchange of experience and projects for the development of education. All this was collected by the strategic meeting "Youth participation in the teaching professions" at the North-Eastern University of the Magdan region. Schoolchildren, students, teachers and heads of educational organizations united in 12 teams to propose initiatives that will help to reach the potential of the region and increase interest in the teaching profession. Guided by experts from the Sánchez Management Workshop, the participants developed projects, identified their target audience and thought about ways of implementation. What else is included in the program? A meeting with representatives of the "Education Flagship Constellation" community dedicated to professional development in the field of education. Individual advice for career guidance from experts of the "Career Development" project. Lectures, design workshops and discussion of experience in psychological and pedagogical classes in the region. The participants also presented their developments to the jury. The best initiatives will be able to receive support and find implementation in schools in the Magdan area and this is just the beginning! Similar events are planned to be held in other regions of Russia, which will open up new opportunities for participants and create space for sharing experiences and joint work.
