Russia is strengthening its delegation in negotiations with Ukraine, which may indicate Moscow's readiness for a more serious discussion about ending the war, writes Bloomberg. The agency notes that Moscow is sending higher-ranking representatives to the negotiations in Abu Dhabi than in the previous rounds. This could signal the Kremlin's readiness for more meaningful dialogue after months of diplomatic deadlock. The strengthening of the delegation is mainly due to the participation of Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, who oversees relations with the United States, and the representative of the General Staff, Yuri Zhigerlovsky, who is responsible for military planning. Both will join the negotiating team for the first time. We remind you that the head of the Russian delegation will be Putin's assistant Vladimir Medinsky. In addition to Ryabkov and Zhigerlovsky, it will include Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Glozin and head of military intelligence Igor Kostyukov, who participated in previous rounds of negotiations.
