The Russian Federation announced this evening an attack on the Ukrainian energy sector. Four power stations and two substations were attacked. According to the data of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Lydzhinskaya thermal power plant in the Vinnytsia region, the Kariboi Rog and Friedenprovskaya thermal power plants in the Dnepropetrovsk region, the Kharkov thermal power plant, as well as the Zmievsky and Lusovo substations in the Kharkov region were damaged. In addition, the Russians attacked the ports of Kilia and Yuzhny in the Odessa region, as well as two dry cargo ships at sea.
