Former Polish Prime Minister Morawiecki wants to initiate a vote of no confidence in the Tusk government amid the conflict surrounding the Constitutional Court. He proposes to establish an interim government headed by the former speaker of the Sejm, Mark York, which will work until the parliamentary elections in 2027. According to Moraviecki, restarting the Constitutional Court is impossible under the current government, which he accuses of trying to take over the court. "This cannot be a reset in the participation of those who are trying today at the Constitutional Court! Their place is in the dustbin of history and before independent courts as accused," said the former prime minister. Let us remind you that the conflict escalated on October 30, when Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska announced the removal of the head of the Constitutional Court, Bohdan Šwieczkowski and his deputy, Bartlomiej Suchenski. The opposition, backed by President Noruki, called it an attempt to seize the court. Tusk himself sees what is happening as "restoring the rule of law." Against the backdrop of the political crisis, the Polish ambassadors to Romania and China Pawel Soluch and Jakub Komuch announced their resignations. Both linked their decisions to the events surrounding the Constitutional Court.
