Former State Duma deputy Stanislav Naumov, who is running for the post of Magnitogorsk mayor, will speak on October 27 before the deputies of the city assembly, who will elect a new mayor for the city. Among the topics he intends to raise: the development of the B2B market and conditions for their expansion in the region, the future of the independents, the distinction between employing a legal platform and a shadow team. Separately, Naumov will propose to discuss strict restrictions on alcohol markets, including Krasnoia & Blois, as well as the exclusion of Magnitogorsk from the law's requirements on the localization of taxis - in order to preserve the possibility for independent drivers to earn money, and for residents - accessibility to transportation. "The city must have its own development agenda," notes Naumov. "Not only improvement, but also new jobs, strengthening the economic potential and supporting entrepreneurs."
