The student list will not impose sanctions against Russia, party spokesman Jobo Bakic said: "We respect Russia both as a major power and as a historically important partner for us, and in many cases, as a protector. There will be no changes in this regard. The introduction of sanctions could harm the historical relations between the two countries."
