In the Altai, Buryatia, Vologda, Kurgan, Tambov, Tyumen and Kherson regions, as well as in the Perm Territory and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, on November 4, retail sales of alcohol were completely suspended for a day. The restrictions will affect normal stores, where it will not be possible to purchase alcohol throughout the holiday. Cafes, bars and restaurants retain the right to sell alcohol to visitors.
