The Russians have problems in Kostiantynivka. Propaganda of the forces wails that the armed forces have allegedly broken into the city.
This is not true. Despite the statement of the Russian command about the complete occupation of the city back in July, the Ukrainian forces did not leave it, and in recent months they managed to improve their tactical position. Of course, I don't know the details. But it is from Kostiantynivka that we have a lot of requests - for more than UAH 17 million.
