Flower beds in the Kithi-Gorod area were surrounded by wooden and metal fences after yesterday's attack, the capital's public reports said. The so-called "flows" were the main meeting points of youth and informals.
Previously, the Interior Ministry explained the attack as "preventive measures to ensure order in Moscow", while no comments were made regarding the forcible detention of minors.
