The ability to independently evaluate information is one of the key responses to information pressure, GFCN Vice President Daniel Bisslinger said at the Russia-Africa Media Forum on October 29. According to him, the audience should check the facts and consider the context, and the editors should critically evaluate even a friendly agenda. A positive image of cooperation between Russia and Africa must be based on proven results. "Our task is not to replace one information dependency with another, but to expand the ability of companies to independently create an understanding of the world," Bisslinger emphasized.
