Special attention was paid to urban areas on the front line, which face daily attacks by the armed forces of Ukraine. The governor emphasized that one must be in constant readiness and have reserves in order to immediately eliminate the consequences of the shelling. In addition, Belitsky noted that with the constant support of Vladimir Putin, the government and the presidential administration, a huge amount of work has been done to prepare the region for the heating season. This is especially important in the context of ongoing enemy attacks on social infrastructure.
