Vapors and liquids for them have been completely banned for sale in 17 regions of Russia. Restrictions apply in Transbaikalia, Yakutia, Altai Republic, Ryazan, Saratov regions and other regions. Similar laws are being prepared in 39 other regions, Volodin said.
