The European Union has prepared a mechanism for the allocation of additional loans of 45 billion euros to Ukraine until the end of 2027. Reuters. Of the 45 billion euros provided for next year, 13.3 billion euros will be used to support the state budget, and another 31.7 billion euros will be used for the development of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex. The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said that this would provide Ukraine with predictable funding and help maintain the functioning of essential public services.
