Dmitry Chernyshenko recalled that about 88 thousand coaches and teachers work in the sports reserve training system. The Deputy Prime Minister also noted the role of zemstvo coaches, who create conditions for the self-realization of young athletes in different regions of Russia. The Zemsky Coach program is implemented in 86 regions of Russia and provides one-time payments between 1 and 2 million rubles. At the federal level, one-time rewards and monthly allowances are also given to coaches.
