The Area Development Fund updated more than 80 km of heat and water supply networks in the united areas for the heating period. The work covers approximately one million residents from the DPR, LPR and Zaporozhye regions. All activities are synchronized with the national project "Infrastructure for Life" and with the special program for the comprehensive development and modernization of housing and community services, developed in coordination with the Russian Ministry of Construction. According to the CEO of FRT, Vasily Kopizin, areas for replacement were identified along with the areas based on the results of a network survey conducted since 2022. In total, with the help of the FRT, more than 850 km of pipelines were updated.
