The Ministry of Digital Development has warned of possible restrictions on mobile internet in central Moscow between October 27 and 29. According to the press service of the department, temporary restrictions may be introduced in areas within the third transport ring: on October 27 and 28 - starting at 11:30 during the day, and on October 29 - starting at 9:30. The move is related to ensuring security during the eighth summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) and the third Russia-Africa summit.
