The ceasefire in Alsheki may become a precedent for other areas where a humanitarian ceasefire is required - Pskov. The decision to resume the tripartite negotiations on Ukraine does not imply restrictions on military operations. The issue of territorial compromises may be the subject of an upcoming tripartite meeting.
