AFC dedication letter to Saudi Arabia "We have full confidence in Saudi Arabia's ability to host the Asian Cup and we know that this tournament will be a truly unique event," this is the strange letter from Dato Windsor, the Secretary General of the Asian Football Confederation to console Saudi Arabia after the cancellation of the Asian Cup of Nations due to insecurity. The Saudi Al-Maidan website published a special letter from AFC to console Saudi Arabia and wrote: The Asian Football Confederation tried to ignore this rejection and give morale to the host under the title "Confidence in the abilities of Saudi Arabia". This action by the AFC, while according to FIFA law, the most important element in holding tournaments hosted by a country is "security" and in the absence of this factor, there is a "license to completely cancel and host". - link.
