Iran judiciary spokesperson: Compensation for victims of the attack at the school in Minab will be examined from a seized Zionist ship; 61 cases opened in Hormozgan

Iran judiciary spokesperson Kazemi announced that the attack on the "Shajara Tiba" school in Minab will be investigated in two separate aspects: the criminal aspect to bring the perpetrators to justice and punish them, and the civil aspect to enforce the compensation claims of the victims. In this context, the spokesperson noted that to pay compensation to the victims of the school incident, a procedure is currently underway in the Supreme Court regarding a seized Zionist ship.

Additionally, Kazemi said that in the Hormozgan province alone, 61 cases were opened concerning infrastructure damage and attacks carried out against uninvolved civilians.

Regarding the "King Manny" fraud case, the judiciary spokesperson updated that the case has reached settlement through three different avenues; in this framework, indictments have already been filed, sentences have been issued, and now the decisions are in enforcement proceedings.
