All roads in Russia will soon become toll roads - Russians will have to pay for every kilometer traveled.
According to an HSE professor at Linkin, the free roads in Israel will disappear in 5-10 years. The reason for this is that the current system of filling the road coffers through fuel excise is outdated: the number of electric vehicles is increasing, and modern cars consume 20-25% less fuel.
