Kyrgyzstan is building the longest glass bridge in the world.
In the Ala-Archa National Park near Bishkek, a record-breaking construction project begins: a 732-meter suspension bridge across a mountain gorge. The works start in November, and end by the end of 2027.
The current record holder is the Chinese bridge in Liangzhou (526 m, opened in 2020). The Kyrgyz design will exceed it by more than 200 meters. If everything works out, then this is an application for the Guinness Book of World Records!
